I’m Alysa, the owner & lead designer here at by Alysa Monèt & Co.. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel so lucky to get to work with couples who trust me to design and plan their special day!
I started this company in 2017 with a desire to take away stress from engaged couples. I had been working with couples and families in the mental health field and while engaged myself, I recognized first hand how overwhelming and stressful the wedding planning process was. My husband and I got married in 2016 and afterward I realized that I had actually missed out on enjoying the engagement season because of how consuming wedding planning had been.
I know first hand how easy it is to get wrapped up in trends and to make wedding decisions based on what you think other people are expecting to see or experience. As your wedding planner, I'm excited to get to know you as a couple and curate a wedding day that feels uniquely like you.
My core team consists of my husband JP, who handles most of the behind-the-scenes logistics, and my sister Jocelyn, who leads the day-of design and production tasks. Together, we have lots of fun and are so excited to play a small part in your big day!
